With today’s rapid changes in display technologies, many companies are finding it difficult to support their legacy CRT monitor product lines.  Replacements for the once-popular legacy CRT monitor are almost impossible to find and many companies are finding that upgrading their CRT monitor console display with Dynamic Displays’ modern, reliable QES1519-200 series 19” LCD Replacement monitor can be a cost effective way of extending the useful life of their existing automation investment.

These ruggedly-packaged LCD monitors are specially designed to operate at the 15KHz through 68Khz slow-scan interlaced and non-interlaced scan frequencies found in legacy industrial control equipment from process control manufacturers such as; ABB, Westinghouse, Fisher, Bailey, Allen-Bradley, Foxboro, Honeywell, Moore, Siemens, Forney, Harris, Fanuc, Giddings and Lewis, Walter Grinders and Berger.

To suit your particular display need, we can configure these quality LCD monitors to operate with the wide variety of video formats these older, legacy CRT monitor systems often employed, such as; 16 color CGA and 64-color EGA TTL formats, RS-170 and RS343 composite analog Sync-on-Green (SOG) formats, and other variations.  We’ve also designed solutions for even more specialized input requirements such as differential digital and analog video input, Automatic Gain control composite video, and others.

In addition, this rugged QES1519-200 Series 19” LCD Display was designed to mount in the CRT mounting studs of your existing 20” CRT chassis, making expensive sheet-metal modifications completely unnecessary. After removing the old 20” CRT from its existing chassis, simply mount this rugged LCD flat panel display to the existing chassis via the four CRT mounting studs, effectively extending the life of your CNC machine tool, process controller or other CRT based system.

With 15KHz through 68Khz operation, optional TTL, ECL, and 3, 4, and 5-wire video capability, the QES1519-200 series  19” LCD Flat Panel LCD Display will replace Intercolor Monitors, Conrac Monitors, Microvitec Monitors, KME Monitors, ABB Monitors, Bailey Monitors, Honeywell monitors, and many other Legacy 20” CRT Monitors.

With contrast ratios of 500:1 and brightness levels of 250 cd/m2 and standard features such multi-language on-screen display, DDC1/2B Plug and Play, and wide viewing angle capability, this versatile 19” LCD Display is also compatible with modern VESA-standard video formats, making system upgrades easier and less expensive down the road.
